TheGrindWorks.com provides educational content, templates, scripts, and resources focused on client retention, referrals, and business communication. We offer free content and paid subscriptions (and may offer paid products in the future).

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access through the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Digital content and subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless we explicitly state otherwise at the time of purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] with your purchase details and we’ll review it.
We may change pricing, plans, or included features from time to time. If you are on a recurring subscription, changes typically apply at the next renewal unless otherwise stated. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the site or services at any time.
Unless we state otherwise, all content on TheGrindWorks.com (including newsletter content, templates, scripts, guides, and downloads) is owned by The Grind Works and protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase or access content, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes. You may:
use and customize templates/scripts for your own communications
print or save copies for internal use
You may not:
resell, redistribute, share, publish, or upload our content (or substantially similar derivatives) to others
create a competing library, course, newsletter, or product using our materials
remove copyright or branding notices

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, or systems
scrape, copy, or bulk-download content
interfere with site operation or security

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheGrindWorks.com and The Grind Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, content, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum permitted by law, if different).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheGrindWorks.com and The Grind Works from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site/services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the site and other users. If your access is terminated, the license granted in Section 8 ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that disputes will be handled in the courts located in Alberta, Canada, unless applicable consumer protection laws say otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
